Dallas Cowboy fans are like a huge family, truest fans a football team could ever have. Fans go all the way back to 1960 when the team originated. We all share the common goal to motivate the team to do their best and bring another championship home. All Dallas fans value the Cowboys history, and the five Championships that they have won. Here are some terms that Dallas fans are familiar with;
America’s Team-
This is an alternative name for The Dallas Cowboys. The nickname came to be from the team’s 1978 highlight film called “America’s Team.”
Divisions-
Eight different groups in which all thirty-two NFL teams are separated equally. The eight divisions are AFC East, AFC West, AFC South, AFC North, NFC East, NFC West, NFC South, and NFC North.
Hail Mary-
It’s a play that many teams do when they are desperate where all the receivers run to the end zone and the quarterback launches the ball hoping one of his teammates will catch it. The hail mary originated in 1975 when Dallas Cowboys Catholic quarterback Roger Staubach threw game winning 50-yard touchdown pass. When asked about it he said he just threw it and said a hail mary.
Haters-
People who greatly dislike the Cowboys. There is no other team that has more haters than the Cowboys.
Loyal-
Being faithful and showing constant support for the Cowboys. These days it is hard to be a Cowboy Fan due to the fact that they only have one playoff win in seventeen seasons, but Dallas Fans are the truest.
Rivalries-
Teams competing against the Cowboys for the same reason.
Rowdy-
This is the name of the teams’ mascot.
Standings-
Where the team stands in their division, what place they are in.

Old version of their original blue jerseys with white sleeves.
